Local Crate Targets Yia Vang

Around mid-May 2018 we started seeing ads for Local Crate available at Targets in our region. One of them, a Hmong inspired Char Sui Chicken Tacos, featured Yia Vang from Union Kitchen, and he was wearing one of our customized aprons! Thank you, Yia. By the way, we tried your Local Crate kit meal and found it awesome to eat and easy to make! The meal kits include an instructional video (YouTube) as well as an instruction card.
